SOLABS support and maintenance services are geared towards the needs of regulated Life Sciences companies. Every customer request is responded to with a priority indication, an investigation report (when applicable), a clear resolution strategy and a timeline for resolution.
SOLABS also supports clients in ensuring that SOLABS QM maintains its validated state throughout its life cycle.
The SOLABS QM standard maintenance and support agreements include the following components:

* Detection (off site) by SOLABS of problems occurring during the use of the Software and continuous assistance to help the client use the Software to its maximum extent.
** Typical End-User support generally assumed by clients.
